• MAXIMUM LIABILITY: If any liability is found, it shall NOT EXCEED the amount paid for the specific service

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION - ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

BINDING ARBITRATION: Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, NOT in courts. You waive your right to jury trial.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You waive ALL rights to participate in class action lawsuits against us. All disputes must be brought individually.

LIMITATION PERIOD: Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim or be forever barred.
