What is Askilu?
Askilu provides personalized psychological profiles based on years of proprietary research into human behavior patterns. We deliver deep insights into your personality, relationships, and life navigation - written in plain language without technical jargon.
How accurate are the astrological readings?
Our readings are based on precise astronomical calculations of celestial positions at your exact birth time and location, combined with years of proprietary research into behavioral patterns. The accuracy of your reading depends on the accuracy of your birth information, particularly your birth time.
Do I need to know my exact birth time?
For the most accurate readings, an exact birth time is important. If you don't know your exact birth time, you can still get valuable insights from our Know Thyself report, but some aspects of your profile may be less precise.
What's the difference between the three parts of the Know Thyself report?
Part 1 (Planetary Influence) focuses on the seven classical planets in your chart and their sign placements. Part 2 (House Influence) analyzes how these planetary energies manifest in the twelve areas of your life. Part 3 (Comprehensive Astrological Report) combines both insights with advanced analysis and includes access to our AI chatbot for personalized questions.
What is the 'Know Them' feature?
Know Them allows you to analyze someone else's birth chart with interpretations tailored to your specific relationship with them. Whether they're your romantic partner, family member, friend, or colleague, you'll receive insights specifically relevant to understanding them in that relationship context.
How does the Compatibility feature work?
Our Compatibility analysis compares two birth charts using both synastry (how planets in one chart interact with planets in the other) and composite chart analysis (the chart of the relationship itself). This requires you to have purchased Part 3 of Know Thyself and at least one Know Them profile. The analysis provides detailed insights into relationship dynamics, strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Is my birth data kept private?
Yes, we take data privacy very seriously. Your birth data and all personal information are encrypted and securely stored. We never share your personal information with third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your report, please contact our support team at support@askilu.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we'll issue a full refund.
How is AI used in the interpretations?
We use Claude 3.7, an advanced AI system, to analyze the astrological patterns in your chart and generate personalized interpretations. The AI draws from a vast database of astrological knowledge and creates tailored insights specific to your unique chart configuration. This allows for much more nuanced and personalized interpretations than traditional template-based reports.
What is the Askilu Chatbot?
The Askilu Chatbot is your personal astrological assistant, included with Part 3 of Know Thyself and all Know Them reports. It allows you to ask specific questions about your chart or reports for deeper insights. The chatbot has access to your birth chart data and can provide customized guidance based on your specific astrological patterns.
